TEENY TUMBLERS

AGES 1-3

Parent Participation Class
Monthly Tuition:
$70 for 1 day/week
$130 for 2 days/week

Parents play an important role in their children’s safety and development and are an important part of this class! In addition to providing encouragement and comfort, parents will learn how to safely help their children develop skills in the gym. Kids will begin building spatial awareness, balance, coordination, and confidence in the gym.

HOT SHOTS

AGES 3-4

Monthly Tuition:
$90 for 1 day/week
$170 for 2 days/week

For a lot of children, this is one of their first exposures to organized learning. While the focus remains on developing basic gymnastics core concepts (awareness, strength, balance, coordination, terminology, skill acquisition, etc.), students will be patiently guided through the transition into more structured classes by gradually changing expectations. Parents do not participate in the class, although we ask that all children under the age of 5 have a parent or guardian present.

FUNDAMENTAL INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED

Monthly Tuition:
$150 for 1 day/week
$290 for 2 days/week

Our Intermediate and Advanced classes continue to build on the foundations students became proficient at in the Beginner class. The skills taught in Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced are based on movements used in Levels 2 and 3 of the US Junior Olympic program giving students the tools they need if they choose to continue on with the sport. Athletes learn proper progressions to advance their skills, create and improve awareness, build strength and flexibility, continue to develop important sport specific movement patterns, and gain conceptual understanding of the wonderful sport of gymnastics!
